The following syllabus are for reference only. All references to the Shorinji Kempo technique books are for revision purposes only. If you are unsure of any technique you should ask you Sensei or senior members at your dojo.

4th Kyu (white to yellow belt)

Goho

Technique: Notes:
Mae Ryusui geri Performed from both tai and hiraki gamae. Finish with Juji ashi sagari.
Ushiro Ryusui geri Performed from both tai and hiraki gamae. Finish with Juji ashi sagari. For reference see page 8 of Shorinji Kempo Goho book.
Uchi uke zuki For reference see page 16 of Shorinji Kempo Goho book.
Uwa uke geri Attack with shuto uchi. Finish with Juji ashi sagari.

Juho

Technique: Notes:
Ude juji gatame Finish with tate gassho gatame, followed by gedan geri
Kote nuki Finish with Ura ken followed by chudan zuki. For reference see page 8 of Shorinji Kempo Juho 1 book.
Gyaku gote Finish with Mae yubi gatame followed by gedan zuki.
Yori nuki (katate) Finish with Kumade zuki
